The Ridgemark Real Estate Market is a well established market.  There is new construction going as well as resale homes.  It is certainly one of the more desired real estate communities in San Benito County.  There are many different style of homes to choose from, even though the Ridgemark community isn’t that large in respects to square mileage.  The meadian home price for the last year was $715,000. It’s located approximately forty-five miles south of downtown San Jose, just take Hwy 101 south to Hwy 25 (take Hay 25 South 12 miles) and just 3 miles south of Hollister.
